Frequently asked questions
How long does a nursing visit take?
Between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on the number of interventions. Complex dressings, intravenous medication or hygiene support may take longer, which is agreed before the visit.
Do I need to have supplies at home?
No. The nurse brings the clinical supplies needed. When the doctor requests specific materials, we explain what is required and the cost before proceeding.
Do you work at weekends and on public holidays?
Weekend and holiday availability depends on the team in your area. We confirm the possible days and times on the first contact.
Is the travel cost included?
A travel cost may apply, always quoted on request and varying by municipality. We assign the professional closest to your home to reduce it.
Do you work with my doctor or the hospital?
Yes. We coordinate with the treating doctor and hospital services, especially when moving from hospital to home, following the clinical guidance received.
