Ask for detailsAbout us
Oeste Med Assist began with something social and health professionals see every day: access to healthcare, especially primary care, is still difficult for many families.
We believe caring at home goes beyond treatment. Alongside clinical safety, home brings comfort, convenience and care shaped around each person's needs and preferences, and those of their carers, formal or informal.
We are a multidisciplinary team dedicated to care at home, bringing together doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, social workers and social educators.
We work alongside home support companies and IPSS institutions, linking health care with everyday support. Our network of professionals keeps growing, driven by the wish to serve patients and their families.

Social worker

How we work
We start by listening. Then we design a realistic plan, with a consistent team and clear communication, so the family always knows what to expect.
